The Combined PDF button appends PDF specifications after the memo in the order shown. Word documents cannot be combined here without conversion: first save Word specs as PDF and reattach. The first combined-PDF use needs an internet connection to load the PDF merging library; the memo-only PDF and ZIP remain local and work offline. The ZIP preserves every original specification unchanged. Reattach files when reopening a draft.
